Cold and Cough Tea

The holidays are over and the winter season is in full swing, unfortunately so is cold and flu season. A hot cup of tea can do the body wonders during times of illness. This tea contains raw honey, cinnamon, ginger, and lemon which helps soothe sore throats and calm coughs. It’s also caffeine free so you can sip on it all day without getting jittery.
