    15 – Minute HIIT Workout

Have you ever wanted to shorten your workouts and spend less time in the gym, while still burning the same amount of fat? Then HIIT is your new best friend.  I put-together two HIIT workouts: One that you can do in the gym and one that you can do at home. What is HIIT? Finals Week Survival Guide: Study Tips

Find your study place– I find it really difficult to study in my room and not get distracted. My favorite study place is the library because I can spread out all of my study materials on the larger tables so it’s easier to make study guides and stay organized. Snacks– Make sure you bring enough snacks for the time that you will be locked away studying. After I leave my study place it’s hard to get back.  My favorite study snacks are fruit, popcorn, hummus, and veggies. Make sure you bring either green tea or water so you can stay hydrated while studying! Music– Some people prefer to listen…

    Fall Favorites

Happy Monday everyone! Today I’m sharing everything that I’ve been loving this fall season.   Skincare: During the fall and winter, my skin gets super dry so I’ve been using the Clinique dramatically different facial lotion as a base before applying my foundation and it’s been working wonders. Foundation: For foundation, I’ve been using the L.A. Girl Pro Coverage foundation in the shade GLM644- Natural. Blush: I’ve also still been loving the Autumn Glow blush by Bella Pierre cosmetics that I mentioned in my last post. On days that I want a more pink shade, I use the Clinque soft-pressed powder blush in the shade 01-new clover. Highlight: I’ve recently started using cream highlighting products…

My favorites are the Tarte Shape Tape in the shade light-medium honey and the Maybelline Fit Me Concealer…
